Meet the Coach
I am a Master Certified Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer dedicated to helping women over 40 incorporate healthy habits into their busy lives. I have a Bachelor’s Degree from Binghamton University and an MBA from Strayer University. Although I enjoy working with men and women from all age groups, I focus specifically on helping mature women achieve their goals because I’m aware of the unique challenges women face with regard to nutrition and stress management.
