Meet the Coach
Wife, Mother, Nana, Author, Conference Speaker, National Board-Certified Health Coach. I am a two-time cancer survivor – clean since 1999 thanks to whole food prevention and what I like to call “On-purpose Living.” My journeys through cancer led me to answers I can live with. It is now my goal to share this life-giving message with others. I have been writing and teaching on the subject since 2000. 75-80% of all illnesses are preventable after all, so let’s prevent them!
